Question by Bluebird: When did you stop being able to take your toddler with you Christmas shopping?
I was at the store with my 2 yr old daughter and was trying to decided on a Pillow Pet, a Spongebob giant pillow or a Muno or Brobee giant pillow.This was my decision as I stood in the store today with her. The only pillow pet left in the bin was the pink unicorn which is funny because it’s my favorite one. I passed on it when she started asking where the Plex pillow was and then I saw the Yo Gabba Gabba pillows of Muno and Brobee she was looking at. She started going CRAZY for the Brobee pillow so I got it for her. I was walking so I bought it and put it in the bottom of the stroller. When I took her out, she threw a tantrum because she wanted Brobee. I thought she forgot about it, she always does, like when I bought her a dollhouse, all her stocking stuffers, a dump truck, etc. in front of her. I guess no more taking her shopping.
When did your little one start knowing what was up when you took them shopping for gifts?

This year she is 3 and I couldn’t take her with me. She’s way too smart now.

Increase in Online Shopping Spurs Electronics Suppliers to Grow Online Stores

A recent survey determined that over 31% of items being sold online are electronics while 25% of CDs and DVDs are purchased online.

Question by starlight598rain: Christmas shopping?
I wanted to get my friends something for christmas, but like most people I don’t have a million dollars so I was thinking of something small for each but still thoughtful and cute. My one friend is handing out miny stockings that have candy in them. So something like that but I don’t want to steal her idea…any thoughts?

You can buy each of them a small cute keychain, cell phone charm, bottle of nail polish, or maybe a bracelet or earrings if they have pierced ears. You can give each individual an item like that or you can have a small/mini goodie bag filled with a bracelet, cell phone charm, and a candy cane or you can fill it with a bracelet, earrings, candy cane. You can choose what to put in it but I think these items work the best!
